The four course Moroccan Dinner includes...

  • Choice of Soup: Harira, lamb lentil soup, or sharba, vegetarian soup.
  • Khobz: Homemade honey wheat bread.
  • Entree: One choice of main entree below, except scallops or "Unique."
  • Dessert: After dinner hot mint tea and Baklava.

The four course dinner prices are $21.00 per person for vegetarian dishes and $24.00 per person for the meat and seafood dishes.

The six course Moroccan Feast Dinner includes...

  • Shlada: Mixture platter of Moroccan salad.
  • Bastella: Phyllo dough pastry stuffed with chicken, spiced eggs and almonds, or almonds, raisins and pears (one per table).
  • Entree: One choice of any main entree below.
  • Dessert: After dinner hot mint tea and Baklava.

The six course feast prices are $27.00 per person for vegetarian feast and $32.00 per person for any meat or seafood feast.

Tajine

A Tajine is a clay pot known as a "Moroccan slow cooker." Your choice of lamb, chicken, fish, beef, or a vegetarian meal is cooked in garlic, spices, olive oil, and vegetables. Served mild or spicey.

Cous-Cous

Cous-Cous is the Moroccan national dish -- cracked heart of durham wheat.

 

Chicken

  • Chicken with Lemon and Olives: in fresh garlic, ginger, and saffron.
  • Chicken with Honey and Almonds: in cinnamon, nutmeg, and sesame sead.
  • Chicken with Peaches and Raisins: in saffron, cinnamon, and honey.
